Barbara Laudone, MAI, SRA is the president and founder of Laudone & Associates, Inc. She has over 35 years of real estate experience ranging from brokerage to multi-discipline appraisal assignments. She holds the following distinguished real estate professional designations: Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA), PA Certified General Appraiser, New Jersey State Certified General Appraiser, and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). She has consulting and appraisal experience with complex Right-of-Way assignments for litigation and eminent domain for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Lehigh Valley International Airport, the National Park Service, US Army Corps of Engineers, PPL, and the Northampton County Board of View as the real estate expert. Her appraisal expertise encompasses airport terminal space and land leases, industrial buildings, apartments, restaurants, mobile home parks, commercial and residential subdivisions, golf courses, City and County owned properties and land use studies. She is a contributor to the Appraisal Institute publication, Real Estate Damages, An Analysis of Detrimental Conditions. Ms. Laudone is a Pennsylvania licensed Real Estate Broker and a State Certified Appraiser in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Michael Laudone is a Senior Staff Commercial Appraiser and the Residential Manager for Laudone & Associates, Inc and has been working in the appraisal industry since 1989. With his years of experience, Mr. Laudone has gained expertise in appraising a variety of commercial and residential properties and specializes in retail, industrial, apartment buildings, and mixed use properties. He is a licensed PA State Certified General Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Pennsylvania. Mr. Laudone graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1989.

Laura Laudone Weiss is the Commercial Manager and a Commercial Appraiser. She has over 30 years of real estate experience. Ms. Laudone-Weiss specializes in the appraisal of complex properties, litigation, eminent domain and large commercial interests. She is a graduate of Kutztown University and is an MAI Candidate for the Appraisal Institute. She is certified by the State of Pennsylvania as a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and is licensed as a Real Estate Broker.

Rose Franco, SRA is a Senior Residential Appraiser specializing in relocation, FHA and FNMA appraisals. Ms. Franco holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute.  With over 15 years of appraisal experience, she also holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker License and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). Ms. Franco holds a Bachelor's Degree from St. Francis DeSales College in Allentown.

Luann Yost is a Commercial Appraiser with nearly 15 years of Real Estate experience. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Ms. Yost was a successful Realtor. She specializes in commercial, industrial, residential, subdivision, eminent domain, and airport-related appraisals. Ms. Yost holds a Pennsylvania General Appraiser Certification.

Michael Henn is a Pennsylvania State Certified General Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He specializes in commercial and industrial real estate as well as residential subdivision appraisals in eastern Pennsylvania and western New Jersey. Mr. Henn is a graduate of Kutztown University. He has worked for Laudone & Associates, Inc. since 2002.

Paul Weiss, SIOR is a staff appraiser with Laudone & Associates, Inc. He brings over 20 years of extensive commercial real estate knowledge to the firm. Mr. Weiss is a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker, a PA State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. He is member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors as well as a State Accredited Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. He is a graduate of Bloomsburg University.
