The service territory associated with the above Residential fees is centered within Lehigh and Northampton Counties, PA. Monroe, Bucks, and Berks Counties are also available on a per-bid basis. Additional coverage also includes Warren County, NJ (Phillipsburg and surrounding areas within a 15-20 mile radius.)
